Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or misleading information, upload malicious code, scrape or copy content in a way that harms our business, or use the website for any unlawful or abusive purpose.
Estimates and Project Information
Any estimate requested through our website, by phone, by email, or through another communication channel is based on the information available at the time. Estimates may be subject to change after an on-site review, additional project details, customer-requested changes, hidden conditions, access limitations, material changes, or other factors that affect the scope of work.
Unless stated otherwise in writing, website pricing, service descriptions, timelines, promotions, or examples are for general informational purposes and do not guarantee a final project price or completion date.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate project information, contact information, property access, and any details needed for us to evaluate and complete the work. You are responsible for securing any necessary permissions from property owners, landlords, HOAs, building managers, or other parties before work begins.
Before the scheduled start date, you may be responsible for moving fragile items, valuables, furniture, vehicles, wall decor, window coverings, electronics, pets, plants, and other belongings from the work area, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by inaccessible areas, unsafe conditions, incomplete preparations, or inaccurate information supplied by you.
Scheduling and Delays
We make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled dates and timelines. However, painting projects may be affected by weather, material availability, property access, change orders, site conditions, staffing, emergencies, permitting, drying times, or other factors outside our control. We are not liable for reasonable delays caused by these factors.
Payments, Deposits, and Invoices
Payment terms will be stated in the applicable estimate, invoice, or written agreement. We may require a deposit, progress payments, or final payment upon completion. Late payments may result in paused work, delayed scheduling, collection activity, late fees, or other remedies allowed by law and the applicable agreement.
You agree not to dispute or reverse a payment without first contacting us in good faith to resolve the issue. Any chargebacks, returned payments, or failed payments may result in additional fees where permitted by law.
Change Orders
Changes to the scope of work, materials, colors, surfaces, timelines, or project requirements may require a written change order, revised estimate, or additional approval. Additional work is not included unless specifically agreed to in writing.
Colors, Materials, and Surface Conditions
Paint colors may appear different depending on lighting, surface texture, sheen, screen settings, surrounding materials, and application conditions. You are responsible for approving final colors, finishes, and materials before application unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Existing surface conditions, hidden damage, moisture issues, previous coatings, structural problems, or substrate defects may affect the final result. We may recommend additional preparation, repairs, primer, coatings, or scope changes when such conditions are discovered.
Warranties and Workmanship
Any workmanship warranty, product warranty, or service guarantee will be described in the applicable estimate, invoice, proposal, or written agreement. Manufacturer warranties, where available, are provided by the manufacturer and may be subject to separate terms and limitations.
Unless specifically stated in writing, warranties may not cover normal wear and tear, fading, moisture intrusion, structural movement, customer damage, improper maintenance, pre-existing conditions, failed underlying coatings, substrate defects, extreme weather, mildew, mold, water damage, or work altered by someone other than Paint Right Denver.
Photos, Portfolio, and Marketing
We may ask permission to photograph completed work for quality documentation, portfolio use, social media, advertising, or other marketing. We will make reasonable efforts not to publish sensitive personal information. If you do not want project photos used publicly, please notify us in writing before the project begins.
